A Jane Steinberg silk is a collectable piece of textile art, meant to last and give pleasure for generations. The colors are permanent. The texture, although it naturally will soften, will maintain as long as the silk is given proper care. The silk should be protected from any form of moisture. It can be dry-cleaned or refreshed with Dryel or a similar product. Should the folds ever need repair, this service is available from our studio.

Loosely twisted up (never folded), the silk can be snugly stashed away or left out on display as a beautiful piece of soft sculpture.

Return Policy

Natural irregularities will occur in our silks, but flaws of workmanship will not. Allow for some difference between colors as you see them here and real life. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or refund. There will be a shelving fee of 15% of the purchase price. All returns must be authorised, the item must be in its original condition, and the return must be authorised within 30 days of our shipping date.
